Helmets, goggles, and protective gear are strongly recommended for every ride. These are high-performance machines operating in real, unpredictable terrain, where conditions can change quickly. Choosing to ride without proper protective equipment means accepting full responsibility for your safety and any risks that come with it. Ride prepared, stay aware, and make decisions that match the environment around you.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Delivery Logistics Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Window (Up to 2 Hours Notice):

You may cancel or request to reschedule your reservation up to two (2) hours prior to your scheduled start/delivery time by contacting ProXplorers directly.

Cancellations made with at least 2 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund (or one-time rescheduling at no additional fee, subject to fleet availability).

Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled start time, or failures to appear (No-Shows), will result in a full charge for the reserved rental period with no refund or credit.

What gear is included with my rental?

Every machine rental includes riding goggles at no extra charge, while additional protective gear and accessories can be added to your reservation.


Included with Every Rental: Riding goggles to protect your eyes from dust, wind, and trail debris are provided free with your machine.


Available for Rent: Helmets, communication gear, and extra adventure equipment can be added to your booking if you do not bring your own.


What You Should Bring: We recommend wearing sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots, long pants, weather-appropriate layers, and gloves for a comfortable ride.

Delivery and rental only: Proxplorers provides vehicles and gear from private or public delivery points. We do not claim to operate commercial trips on USFS or other federal lands unless expressly stated. Entry onto USFS/BLM or other public lands is the renter’s responsibility; all applicable permits, route restrictions, and regulations are the renter’s obligation.
